Preparing the Floors
The better the initial prep work is, the better the project will look at the end. We use a combination of diamond grinding and shot blasting techniques to remove the surface level of dirt and grime and expose the clean concrete underneath. It’s a dusty job, so we use grinders that incorporate vacuum systems.
Repairing the Floor
We then wipe away any dust and look for nicks, cracks, or chips, creating an even, clean surface on which to work our magic. If we find any, we repair these areas before moving on to the next step.
Applying The Base Layer
The self-priming base coat is stable, rugged, and durable. We use a polyurea base coat indoors and polyaspartic, which is UV-stable, outdoors. We apply an even layer of product to cover the entire surface.
Hand-Casting
The colored chips we use give the floor its unique character. We ask you what color and what overall look you aim to achieve during our consultation with you. Now it’s time to start bringing that look to life.
The chips we cast are small pieces of vinyl that come in various colors and finishes. Before the base coat cures, we apply an even layer of these chips. Of course, we can also leave them out if you prefer a simpler look.

We allow the base coat to cure completely before starting this step. Here we vacuum the floor to remove any loose flakes or any that might be poking through the surface.
Applying the Sealant
